Because each distributor will see a profit from the sales made by those in his or her downline, it is a very common practice, and highly recommended that each distributor works to guide those working in that downline so more products will be sold and a larger profit can be obtained.
One advantage to participating in network marketing is that those signing up will have the opportunity to learn about this business from those who are actually in it making money. It's a great way to earn an income at home. You will work it like a business, and through recruiting others, will continue moving up to the next level. Whether you work at home full-time, or use it to supplement income you already have coming in, it's a great way to make money as well while others help make it for you. The more people you recruit, the more money you can make, and the more people they recruit, the more income you will see.
